Describe the feature/enhancement

Currently, the scanner has a somewhat flexible, but limited structure which allows a limited number of variants. Would it be possible to add a configurable parsing format? for example, you could build a path parsing string that included the <author>, <title>, <series>, and whatever additional tags would be necessary.

An example implementation of this can be found on readarr's documentation

This would also mesh nicely with https://github.com/advplyr/audiobookshelf/issues/346 as a configurable field.
