Describe the Feature/Enhancement

I would love a option, to auto tag new books. I sometimes add hundreds of books and its difficult to keep track of the new ones sometimes.

Why would this be helpful?

Would help workflow and keeping the library up to date. I sometimes download books from a different audible domain than my country and the tags are messed up.

Future Implementation (Screenshot)

A toggle in the settings, where you can either use a predifined tag ("new") or a user defined tag.

Not a solution, but an option: after you add the books, sort the Library by Added At and Expand Series, then you can select all the new books (select the first then shift-click the last) and bulk edit.
