Describe the Feature/Enhancement

Currently there are at least 2 ways to upload a custom book cover. Provide a URL to the photo online, or directly upload a local photo. However, Providing a URL is only option for uploading a custom Author photo. The request is to add the direct local upload option.

Why would this be helpful?

My kid is an aspiring author, and is recording audiobook versions of their writings. I'd like to add their author photo, but I also don't let my kid post photos of themself online, so the URL option does not work in this situation.

I could also see others replacing the standard head-shot with a selfie if they are lucky enough to get a selfie taken with an author (I know I would), as a way to customize their library a bit.

Future Implementation (Screenshot)

Ideally, this would look the same as the current implementation of the feature for custom book covers.
