Describe the Feature/Enhancement

As we know, Libation now supports downloading one's own Audible books at multiple different qualities, with some of them not working well on all devices (for example, the headphone Dolby Atmos format won't play at all unless the platform supports it). In its most recent version it's made it possible to use the command line to download multiple formats.

So: would it be possible to provide some ability to provide multiple audio qualities as files on the server rather than depending on transcoding the audio at runtime?

Why would this be helpful?

It would allow me to provide a known-good audio format to fall back on, rather than depending on lossy reconversions.

Future Implementation (Screenshot)

I admit the UI for this would be challenging; we currently have no equivalent feature except for the cache files stored due to transcoding, which of course avoids affecting the UI.
