Describe the Feature/Enhancement

Add a field for build a filename scheme in the m4b converter.

Why would this be helpful?

Everyone could name the m4b files in his preferred name scheme. Currently only the book title is the filename. But I want to name the books like "Author - Booktitle.m4b" for example.

Future Implementation (Screenshot)

This could look like the builder for notifications. A simple text field and a list of possible placeholders like {{author}}, {{title}}, {{narrator}}...
