Describe the Feature/Enhancement

I’m not sure if this is technically possible with current RSS podcast standards, but would it be feasible to add a background color or image option for RSS feeds?
This would let podcast apps like Apple Podcasts display a matching background behind the cover art instead of the default white.

Why would this be helpful?

At the moment, Apple Podcasts shows a plain white background for Audiobookshelf RSS feeds, which looks too bright in dark mode.
A background option would improve the appearance and make it more comfortable to view.
