Type of Enhancement

None

Describe the Feature/Enhancement

Playback Start Notification: Notify when an audiobook or podcast starts playing.
Playback Stop Notification: Notify when an audiobook or podcast finishes or stops

Why would this be helpful?

It would be great if Audiobookshelf could send notifications when playback starts and stops. This would help users stay informed about their listening sessions.

Getting a notification every time you start or stop listening to something seems excessive when you can also see this information in the web client or get this from the API to calculate other stats from this information.

Why do you need this as a notification?

My child listens to stories at night, and I need to know when the playback starts and ends. Otherwise, if he's engrossed, he could listen all night. Sometimes even after setting a timer, he still opens it on his own. If notifications could be sent proactively, I could just check my phone for the notifications while I'm sleeping to know the status of the stories, and I wouldn't need to open the app or web client to check

I would like this type of notification even if it was just to show that a book had been started and finished.
