Describe the Feature/Enhancement

When generating the RSS for a podcast, use the Podcast's GUID instead of the podcast id.

Why would this be helpful?

I know my use case is a rare example, but I am attempting to merge to ABS instances into one. One has private rss feeds that I no longer have access to, but may at some point in the future (I'll refer to these as "main" and "paid" instances).

My thought was to subscribe to my ABS instance that has these private rss feeds from the "main" instance, download the episodes, and then put the original private feed url in "main". However when I tested this with a feed I still have access to, the GUID is different between the two rss feeds generated by ABS.

Future Implementation (Screenshot)

Probably a checkbox in the "Open RSS Feed" dialog.
