Describe the Feature/Enhancement

I am sorely missing the option of rewinding to previous chapters while playback is active, so that I can find the chapter I got to (I listen to audiobooks to fall asleep), but it's often I find myself triple tapping "go back" just to keep getting to the current chapters start instead of previous chapter.

Why would this be helpful?

I listen to audiobooks to fall asleep, so I'm often unsure what chapter I actually got to while falling asleep, but it's often I find myself triple tapping "go back" just to keep getting to the current chapters start instead of previous chapter - then having to open the chapter list, go to previous chapter, start playback, go back to chapter list if it wasn't the right chapter and rinse and repeat the process instead of being able to use the "go back" button

Future Implementation (Screenshot)

Either no visual change and the "go back" button just send you to the previous chapter if it's within the first 1-2 (maybe 5?) seconds of the current chapter, or a checkbox under settings to enable the feature
