Describe the Feature/Enhancement

If possible, increase the volume for books with silent recordings so that you can listen while navigating.

Why would this be helpful?

On some books, when setting an acceptable volume, the navigation notifications are very loud; at normal navigation volume, the books are inaudible.

Future Implementation (Screenshot)

A button that increases the volume. Stepwise, say, 4-5 steps of gain.
