Describe the Feature/Enhancement

Podcasts are downloaded in the audio format dictated by the podcast creator or their podcasting platform: this is usually mp3 for compatibility reasons but this is rapidly filling up more disk space than speech only audio files need.

This conversion capability already exists under the 'tools' section via the 'Make M4B Audiobook File' .

Could this be extended to podcasts too?

Why would this be helpful?

Storage of speech-only audio files with a more modern opus codec are often 15-25% the space of an equivalent mp3 , with little to no perceptible loss in quality

Future Implementation (Screenshot)

Just as it would with audio books: select the 'edit' button, head to 'tools' and perform the conversion as per audiobooks currently.
