What happened?

I created a new user with access to only one of my two libraries as the admin user. I then logged out and logged in as the new user to test the access restriction (it works). I then log out and log back in as admin.

Now I only have access to one library as admin. Refreshing fixes the issue.

What did you expect to happen?

I expected the admin to have access to both libraries after logging back in.

Steps to reproduce the issue

  1. Create two libraries.
  2. Create a new user with access to only one of them.
  3. Log in as the new user.
  4. Click on the library tab.
  5. Log out.
  6. Log in as admin.
  7. Click on library tab.
