Describe the Feature/Enhancement

This is an enhancement to the frontend and backend. Add support to automatically transcribe the podcast you're listening to and pass a prompt into that transcription.

For example prompt:

Please give 5-6 bullet points of what this podcast is about, please give a summary of the guest on the show, their background. Also please provide a list of action items that a person may be interested in.

This should help the listener to decide if they want to listen to this podcast. Also, the auto transcription would help for searching podcasts.

provide a key/api info endpoint. (Also Ollama/model or chatgpt api key support would be great) Similar features to this exist in Mealie.

Why would this be helpful?

It would be helpful from a search and find point of view and to help reviewing the podcast after listening to it and it would help when choosing a podcast to listen to.
