[Bug]: uBlock Origin blocks websocket #293

Describe the issue

When connecting with Firefox with uBlock Origin, the websocket fails to connect.

Firefox can’t establish a connection to the server at wss://domain/socket.io/?EIO=4&transport=websocket.

I spent several hours troubleshooting my proxy for it to be a very simple solution. I can open a PR to add this to the docs somewhere to warn users, just not sure if this should be in the readme or somewhere else.

Steps to reproduce the issue

  1. Firefox 99.0.1
  2. uBlock Origin 1.42.4
  3. Audiobookshelf 2.0.2
  4. Caddy 2.4.6
  5. Connect with Firefox, message appears after a few seconds.

To fix, disable uBlock for the site.
