What happened?

when trying to upgrade to audiobokkshelf 2.26.0 for 2.25.1 dpkg returns error on the preinstall due to existing audiobookshelf user. I had to remove the user and only then the installation worked.

What did you expect to happen?

the upgrade process should have been successful without removal of the existing user

Audiobookshelf version

2.26.0

How are you running audiobookshelf?

Debian/PPA

What OS is your Audiobookshelf server hosted from?

Linux

If the issue is being seen in the UI, what browsers are you seeing the problem on?
