[Enhancement]: Ratings Page to Rate, Review, and Recommend books between Users #2890

Describe the Feature/Enhancement

This would be a page dedicated to Rating and Reviewing of books and it could be connected to current users on the server. Users would be able to rate and review a book and this would show up on the Ratings page for other users to look at. I have posted a mockup of what the Ratings page could look like. The page where you rate a book could have a basic 5 stars to choose from or a more specific star set for Performance and Story separate. Then a Review Text box to write what you thought of the book. There would be a check box to favorite this book, Favorite this series, Recommend this book, or Recommend the series. An additional tag section where you could "tag" a user who you think would like this book would be cool.

Why would this be helpful?

If this was implemented for just personal use it would help you rate and review a book giving you personal details about it in the future if you were looking for books to re-read. Recommending books would be easier as you could go to this page and view all books that you have favorited.
I have my family on my audibookshelf server and a lot of them are new to audiobooks. It would be great to have a Rating page that could be connected between users where you could go and look for a new read. You can see how other users rated certain books and series and pick from there. Being able to give information about the amount of language, smut, etc is nice to "give a heads up" about certain book to users who are more sensitive to that.

The attached documents has an idea of how to Ratings Page could look and where the Ratings button could be located on the individual books.

Are any of those being worked on? In the meantime I think I'll write a script to scrape ratings and add them as tags to ABS.
