What happened?

v2.25.1, podman container

traffic.omny.fm is blocking/throttling my VPN address. When an episode download fails on ABS [0] it blocks any further episode downloads - including for other podcasts - until the container is restarted.

[0] ERROR: [FfmpegHelpers] downloadPodcastEpisode: Error Error: Input stream error: aborted

What did you expect to happen?

Fail that episode and continue with other podcasts

Steps to reproduce the issue

Subscribe to any podcast with a www.omnycontent.com feed url
Search for episodes and download
Download fails and does the 'Full stderr dump for episode url'
All further downloads stop

That URL doesn't work. The downloads won't stop because episodes fail. The logs don't show otherwise either
