Describe the Feature/Enhancement

Description:
Please add an option in the settings to treat tracks as chapters by default when importing audiobooks. This would save users from having to manually enable "Tracks as Chapters" for each book, especially when importing in bulk or when this is the preferred behavior.

Expected Behavior:
Add a toggle in the settings (e.g., under "Library" or "Book Defaults") such as “Default to Tracks as Chapters.” When enabled, any newly added multi-track books will automatically treat each track as a chapter without requiring manual adjustment.

Why would this be helpful?

Use Case Examples:

Users importing many multi-track audiobooks who don't want to manually set "Tracks as Chapters" for each one.

Users who prefer consistent navigation based on track divisions across their library.

Notes:
This feature can be optional and disabled by default, so it won’t affect current behavior unless explicitly enabled by the user.
