Describe the Feature/Enhancement

I think it would be great if there were a field that could display on the home and library screens that would contain some brief notes about any book, Information like a personal rating, what I thought of the book, when I finished the book or why I stopped listening to the book, etc.

Why would this be helpful?

My memory isn't what it used to be and it would help to be able to document the above kinds of information.

Future Implementation (Screenshot)

It could be some kind on a flag on each book cover that when hovered over the note would open, if there is a note.
