Describe the Feature/Enhancement

I would like to group all books of a Series into a single card on the Series tab, so that when all books in a Sub Series are also in that Series, there will only be one card with the Series name.

Why would this be helpful?

Today, we see the card for the Series, and also other cards for Sub Series. I would like to have the option to collapse Sub Series into their Series. On the Series tab, this will help clean things up.

Definitely something that's been widely asked for, and I continue to support this.

#2092 has a mention and a few other tickets linked to it that ask for this. And a user offering to work on the issue.
