Type of Enhancement

Web Interface/Frontend

Describe the Feature/Enhancement

For the "Discover" section towards the bottom of the home page, it would be nice to have an option to hide a book from showing in that section.

Why would this be helpful?

I host audiobooks for many different people and their books do not always interest me.

Future Implementation (Screenshot)

When clicking the 3 vertical dots on a book, an option would be to hide or say not interested.

Audiobookshelf Server Version

2.20.0

Current Implementation (Screenshot)

Another important use-case

Our server contains thousands of books and aims to serve all kinds of interests.

Some of these books ARE offensive, nasty or religiously sensitive but not inherently explicit,

why I'd love to have this feature to exclude some of the books from showing up EXCEPT one searches for it, to ease and improve the users experience.
Pretty much how Explicit works, except these kind of books are not explicity explicit and it should be possible to find the books anyway via search or the book information.

PS: We'd love to have this as a global feature (like explicit) - but maybe the questionee asks for a personal "[X] don't show me this" feature?
