Describe the Feature/Enhancement

There should be a setting of how many concurrent "Make M4B Audiobook File" jobs can be run at once on ABS. Additional jobs can be queued up for processing.

Why would this be helpful?

ABS is designed to be installed on a variety of systems, including NAS systems which may not utilize a powerful CPU including a Raspberry PI. As currently designed, an administrator can initiate multiple "Make M4B Audiobook File" jobs at once. This can bog down a system as multiple jobs are completed at once, and it can take several hours for the M4B to be completed.

It is possible to initiate a unlimited number of "Make M4B Audiobook File" jobs at this time.
