Describe the Feature/Enhancement

On the settings page, in addition to the links for "Report bugs, request features, and contribute on github" and "Join us on discord", there should be a "Support this project with donations" with a link to https://github.com/sponsors/advplyr.

Why would this be helpful?

This is a nice and wonderful project, so adding a link for donations to support the developer on this passion project is nice. This is just to make monetary donations prominent and easier to access while being non-obtrusive.
