Describe the Feature/Enhancement

My current understanding after discussing in Discord is that after a Podcast has failed to update after 24 attempts it will automatically disable future checking forcing the user to manually touch all disabled Podcasts to get them downloading again. Below are some things I think would help with this:

  1. A notification on the Podcasts that automatic downlaods have been disabled and the reason why.
  2. A way to re-enable downloading of all podcasts that are currently disabled.
  3. A place where the user can manually set the number of failures before downloading is disabled.

Why would this be helpful?

  1. It would help show that podcast downloads have automatically been disabled.
  2. It would be less tedious to re-enable all disabled podcasts.
  3. Some users may want a different value instead of an arbitrarily (In the users' eyes, I'm sure there is a reason the dev team chose 24) chosen number.
