Type of Enhancement

Web Interface/Frontend

Describe the Feature/Enhancement

I'd love to see the same implementation for rich text support that was recently added for library item descriptions added to collection descriptions and author descriptions as well.

Why would this be helpful?

This would allow adding emphasis to text content as well as hyperlinks to author's websites, for example.

I agree. Especially the URL support to point to the author's web page.
