What happened?

Book cover and metadata are not displayed on the Android app even though both are present.

What did you expect to happen?

The cover and metadata should work as it does in other applications and players such as Lissen.

Steps to reproduce the issue

  1. Verify metadata is present on server
  2. Download title on Android device
  3. Play title

Audiobookshelf version

v2.19.0 & 0.9.79-beta

How are you running audiobookshelf?

Windows Tray App

What OS is your Audiobookshelf server hosted from?

Other (list in "Additional Notes" box)

If the issue is being seen in the UI, what browsers are you seeing the problem on?
