Describe the Feature/Enhancement

Add the narrator to the Web player interface.

Why would this be helpful?

Narriators play an important part in the reading of an audiobook, and should be displayed in the web player. Clicking on the narrator name will bring up other audiobooks that the narrator has done consistent with the existing functionality for titles and authors.

Future Implementation (Screenshot)

Idea 1: I changed the icons to better indicate who is the writer and narriator.
