Describe the Feature/Enhancement

It would be awesome, if when uploading using the web interface, that there could be a visual indicator on upload progress.

Why would this be helpful?

For slower internet speeds, it can be useful to let people know if they should wait a few more minutes, or do the upload at a later time. It's also just useful to inform people of upload progress :).

Future Implementation (Screenshot)

Was thinking of something alone the lines of what they do in this line article. Can change the current progress UI element to something like the screenshot below.
