Describe the Feature/Enhancement

Add an up arrow and down arrow in Playlists and Collections to easily move titles to the top and bottom of the list respectively.

Why would this be helpful?

For someone who has a large number of books in their playlist (e.g. 223 books), dragging a book from the bottom of hte list to the top of the list (and vice versa) can be a challenge. Adding a buttom to move to top/bottom would be helpful.
