Describe the Feature/Enhancement

Currently, if a collection/playlist/series is empty, the user gets the message "You haven't made any collections yet", "You have no playlists", or "You have no series". It would be helpful if there was some additional text describing what a collection or playlist is.

Why would this be helpful?

This is to enhance the user experience. Currently, to find out the difference between collections and playlists, one has to go to https://www.audiobookshelf.org/guides/collections

As an addendum, "Add to Collection" should be renamed to "Add to Public Collection" and "Add to Playlist" should be renamed to "Add to Private Playlist". The sidebar icons should remain unnamed.
