Describe the Feature/Enhancement

If there are releases that are close together, then the Changelog should include the notes for both releases.

Why would this be helpful?

ABS had two releases during the week of August 4th, 2024: A major release from 2.11.0 to 2.12.0 on Sunday, August 4th followed by a minor update to 2.12.1 to resolve a potential showstopper issue ("Server crash loading unicode.so sqlite extension #3231 by @devnoname120 in #3236"). As a result, someone who is upgrading from 2.11.0 to 2.12.1 would have missed multiple notes that was in the 2.12.0 release.

Future Implementation (Screenshot)

No mockup available. However, while I would keep the existing formatting, I would have included the release notes for both 2.12.0 followed by 2.12.1 .
