Describe the Feature/Enhancement

If email is configured in ABS, allow the option of root and admin users to receive email notification of both completed and failed backup jobs.

Why would this be helpful?

It would be helpful if the users who have either "root" or "admin" level of access to be emailed notifications of when a backup job is complete and/or failed due to an error. If successfully completed, the report can contain statistical information. If it failed, diagnostic information can be included.
