It's a bit beyond the scope of my initial idea, but I could see the "User Icon/Username" box in the top-right being a drop-down. You could have a "Get Mobile App" option in that drop-down box, under stats, upload, and config.

I think that including an additional icon next to the Your Stats icon in the top bar (maybe a phone icon) when accessing the web interface from a mobile device would be ideal.
