Describe the issue

If the playback speed is altered while simultaneously listening to an audiobook and reading an ebook, the dialog for the playback speed is displayed under the ebook dialog, rather than over it.

Steps to reproduce the issue

  1. Start listening to an audiobook
  2. Start reading an ebook
  3. Click on playback speed icon
  4. Playback speed dialog is displayed under the ebook dialog
