Describe the feature/enhancement

Option to normalize audio once downloaded (once the download is finished ?), setting an average/max volume for all files. BSDnow podcast is very quiet and Late Night Linux is so very loud as examples.

Related to https://github.com/advplyr/audiobookshelf-app/issues/195, but editing the files themselves?

Yea kinda, tho they are wanting to boost the volume, I wanna normalize all my podcasts (so bring quiet ones up and reduce others), as they all have different volumes between the shows.
ffmpeg-normalize in pip seems to do well at the task.
