Describe the issue

It seems like when editing the a Genre name to a name that already exists (Like Changing "Science Fiction & Fantasy" to just "Science Fiction"), the Genres doesn't Merge like before. It seems to have 2 separate Genres that have the same name.

When under the Utility it only shows 1 but when in the filter number Library it will show multiple.

When i go to search to add another Genre the Modal gets locked.

The Modal is stuck open and I have to refresh the page.

Steps to reproduce the issue

Audiobookshelf version

2.7.0 (Tried 2.8.0 but some issues with deb version)

How are you running audiobookshelf?

Changed the name in the Utility and it change one of them and the others are still there.

When i click on the ones that are not changed, there are no results. even after refreshing. And they are not saying up in the utility

Deleted the Genre in the utility and it removed them all.

And search in Genres in modal is fine. again

Updates have been made on newer versions. I know you can't update because of the ProxMox error message but some of this is fixed already
