Describe the feature/enhancement

Adding a notes section for an admin to edit per user would remove the confusion inherent in anonamous usernames. for example I just made an account with the name "IDoNotCareFor2023" for a friend of mine that goes by a completely different name. If I had a notes section once I click on the profile here for example "https://websiteurl.com/config/users/e3ccb7e2-1539-4a88-be76-d781fc256a17" I could remember who it is owns the account and write down anything else there.
