Describe the feature/enhancement

Similar to the option in the web interface right now to "Add to Queue", I'd like an option to "Play Next" which would add something to the top of the queue instead of the bottom. Useful for when a new episode drops while you're listening to something else and you want to insert it into the queue without resetting everything.

While I'm thinking about it (I think it's related, but let me know if this should be a separate request). The ability to rearrange items in the queue would also be useful.

I would also like this for playing the next book in a series. Or at least when I click the button it jumps to the next book and I can select play method.
