Describe the issue

v2.2.23 (and some previous versions) contained a menu option for podcasts to create playlists. This option has since been hidden at the least, if not outright removed.

Steps to reproduce the issue

  1. Install v2.2.23
  2. Create podcast library
  3. Create podcast playlist
  4. Upgrade to 2.3.x

I'm not sure I understand. I just created a playlist and it works the same way as before, nothing changed with playlists.

Ah, I see. The menu option in the sidebar only exists if a playlist also exists. I lost my db in the 2.3.0 migration (probably something I screwed up, I rushed it a bit), so the menu option on the side of the home page was gone.
