Describe the feature/enhancement

It would be great for users to have a way to add book-specific reviews / notes for other users of the same server. Especially when it comes to reference books that could be out of date in certain ways or audiobooks that are unexpectedly inappropriate for kids or have audio issues.

i.e. "This book is good, but be careful as it notably omits the relevant other body of study that conflicts with it, posted here: [url]" or "This text book is out of date as of [date], but chapters 4-20 are still taught in Mr. Porkinson's class."

Or my personal review of Audiobookshelf itself: "Amazing project. Thank you all so much for this!"

I would love this to be implemented, it could be expanded to the recommend books in your library or outside your library that are similar to the books/series that you like.

Just jumped on to make this exact request. I have a pretty extensive library I've accumulated over the years and the ability to include notes/reviews on each book beyond just uploading a txt file to the book's folder would be fantastic. Especially if different users could leave notes/reviews on the server to share.

Maybe also including private/public checkbox to help accommodate use cases like #2109 or #2103 in the same system?
