Describe the feature/enhancement

A flag for abridged was recently added (#1408), but it doesn't appear it is being imported from an opf file. Request the opf file import be updated to include abridged flag. Also, if there is a developer guide, suggest adding a requirement that when a new attribute is added that the opf file import be updated.
