This would be great. As stated above, podcast naming is all over the place even within the same feed.

Being able to prepend a published date to the start of the filename like YYYY-MM-DD - {episode title}.mp3 would be so helpful for large podcast archives and make archives more portable to other players.

Podgrab also implements this, though it's not customizable - just on or off in a format similar to the example above.
