[Bug]: Seek times are too short #999

What was the Problem?

When pressing the back by 30 seconds button, this does not take into consideration the playback speed, so as im playing at 3x it only seeks back by 10 seconds, which makes going back a minute or longer really annoying

Steps to Reproduce the Issue

Set speed of playback to anything over than 1x
Hit seek back
Player only goes back by 1x speeds

What was Expected?

For the seek to be also multiplied by the speed of playback, or even better would be configurable duration so we could set a full minute or more for skip back
