Describe the Feature/Enhancement

The app Podcast Republic has a feature which I find quite useful whereby it alerts the user and doesn't play if volume has (perhaps inadvertently) been reduced to zero, or is muted.

Why would this be helpful?

Prevents missing part of the book if volume is muted.

Future Implementation

This could be an option in the settings. When necessary playback would instantly pause and a notification would be shown (PR uses "Playback paused on muted volume!").

A book will play even if the volume is muted.
