Describe the Feature/Enhancement

Similar to how the server provides release notes in the bottom left, have something similar on the first open of the app after an update.

I'm not sure how to handle translations for this. We could put out a ping for translations when it's ready and then wait say 2 days to submit the app for review, and just have it be the same key in the strings for every release.

It could also just pull directly from the GitHub release notes, but a user may not have Internet when they open the app for the first time when updates occur in the background.

Why would this be helpful?

This gives users a visual indication that there was an app update and what may have changed.
