I'm confused on how you are not seeing the sort/filter options. The top navigation should always have something selected.
Can you give instructions on how to reproduce this?

I personaly would like to have "most recently added" be the default list but I know it's on the home page.

Number of books would be nice to have it sorted by.

And maybe a filter on this list to show only In Progress, Finished, or Not Started too.

I am on Android 0.9.76 and I don't have any filter options under the series tab. I can only filter when viewing the whole library.
