Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.

There are some podcasts where the host speaks at a faster pace than others. I find myself either adjusting playback speed often, or listening to certain podcasts slower/faster than ideal.

Describe the solution you'd like

It would be great if audiobookshelf saved playback speed per podcast. I think this would be a sensible default for podcasts.

If I always listen to podcast A on 2.0x and podcast B at 1.2x, when I listen to a new episode of podcast B, it should switch to that speed. If I decide to change it to 1.0x speed, it should save that speed next time to go to listen to podcast B.

For books, it makes sense to save the speed per book, or not at all since I'm guessing most people aren't switching between different books often.

Describe alternatives you've considered

N/A

Additional context

I believe there are other podcasting apps (like poscastadict) that do this.

Independent speed controls for podcast/audiobook would be amazing.

This is pretty much the only feature I miss from other Audiobook players. Very nice to be able to switch between books without changing speed manually.

Poking the thread again for separate speed options versus podcast and audiobook.
