Steps to reproduce

Open app with a small phone like the AGM M7 (240x320 display)
Click the hamburger menu button (nothing happens)
Play an audiobook (plays, but controls don't appear)

Expected behaviour

Menu should still appear, and controls should still appear - either in the usual floating interface or in some separate interface if necessary for a small screen.

Actual behaviour

Menu doesn't open, and there doesn't seem to be any way to get to the controls while playing an audiobook. The only way to control the book is with the controls in the notification, but that's missing other functions, like the sleep timer.

Audiobookshelf Version:

Android App?
iOS App?

In addition to these same issues when using a small screen, I'm also seeing bugs with the default theme's dark background not appearing until I scroll to the bottom of the current page. Without being able to access the settings, I'm not able to switch to the light theme which means all the text is white on white.

I'm seeing that too. Didn't happen on the older version when I posted this issue, but when I updated recently the page background started going all white until I scrolled all the way to the bottom.
