Steps to reproduce

Download file on iOS
Have any interruption or allow app to go to background (closes due to system saving memory?)
Check on the download / try to download the file again

Expected behaviour

Download should resume on reopening, alternatively an option to delete files from cache to allow trying again

Actual behaviour

Per below video of trying to download (title is public domain), app freaks out
