Hi, I am having trouble using (otherwise great, thanks!) app.

For some of my books, app cannot download the cover easily and is stuck on 98% for 15 minutes, before finally succeeding.

When I click to download the book, all the other files are being transferred right away and I can see them appearing in given folder (Internal storage/Downloads/Audiobooks) immediatelly, but cover is not among them.

In the app (Poco X3 Pro, Android 12), I can see the progress and it is just stuck, no error message, not giving up, just stuck. See screenshot below, this was taken 10 minutes after last chapter downloaded successfully.

Then, after additional 5 minutes, it just completes. Suddenly it shows 100% and everything seems to be fine.

From the server logs (running in Docker), I see some timeouts, but I am not sure if they are related.

All the logs above appear BEFORE cover is finally downloaded and no log appears afterwards.

I tried killing the app, rebooting the phone and changing directory for the books, with no effect.
I just need to wait unbearably long for cover file, then it all just works.

OK so I tried (lets' call the book in my original post Book A):

  1. downloading 2 diff. books (OK) - I might just had a happy hand picking books, though
  2. removing Book A from my phone, removing cover on my server*, then re-downloading the Book A (OK)
  3. removing Book A from my phone, restoring cover on my server, then re-downloading the Book A (OK)

Therefore, I am not sure how to proceed. The issue definitely exists but can be probably mitigated by (some of the) steps I took? I mean it is super-annoying but you can close this issue, as workaround exists.

*(moving it one directory up, then clicking 'Scan' on library as I have Watcher disabled)
